Your check in time can be prearranged. While regular check-in begins at 4pm, we are flexible here at the Secret Garden Inn. Please give us time to give our previous guests a proper send off—and your room the time it deserves to be prepared to the highest of standards.
Need a place to store luggage upon early arrival? We can most certainly accommodate. Our commitment to you is that your room will be ready by 4pm at the latest.
We understand that life happens: traffic, delayed flights, and more. All we ask is that if an unforeseen circumstance occurs, you reach out to our innkeeper and give us as much information as you have available regarding your arrival.
Ideally, your check out time is by 11am. However, should you require more time (we’ve all slept in), please reach out to our innkeeper or housekeeping staff as soon as possible so we can schedule our time accordingly.
