24-hour Assistance
We are available in case of emergencies 24 hours a day. Our hosting and service hours are from 8am to 9pm. If you need assistance after hours, please send a text message to 613-222-2637. Should your stay require some flexibility we are happy to assist!

We are here to help, make suggestions, and enhance your stay to make your time with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Check In
Your check in time can be prearranged. While regular check-in begins at 4pm, we are flexible here at The Secret Garden Inn. Please give us time to give our previous guests a proper send off—and your room the time it deserves to be prepared to the highest of standards. Need a place to store luggage upon early arrival? We can most certainly accommodate. Our commitment to you is that your room will be ready by 4pm at the latest.

Late Arrivals
We understand that life happens: traffic, delayed flights, and more. All we ask is that if an unforeseen circumstance occurs, you reach out to our innkeeper and give us as much information as you have available regarding your arrival.

Check Out
Check out time is by 11am. However, should you require more time, please reach out to our innkeeper or housekeeping staff as soon as possible to see if that can be accommodated.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be done 72 hours in advance of check-in. If not cancelled before 72 hours, your credit card will be charged for the reservation.

Parking
We have six parking spaces on site. We are also located very close to numerous municipal lots. We would be happy to help arrange and/or accommodate your parking needs if you have a larger vehicle such as an RV or trailer.

Internet
Upon your arrival, you will be provided with a code to access our complimentary Wi-Fi.

Smoking
At The Secret Garden Inn, we want to make sure all our guests are comfortable. We ask that you respect your room and our common areas. Ours is a smoke-free property; please smoke or vape off the grounds of the Inn. City of Kingston by- laws require you to be 9 meters from all public and commercial entrances. We appreciate your cooperation on this sensitive matter.

Candles
Our design and housekeeping teams spend countless hours to ensure a serene look, feel, and scent for your rooms. For the safety and respect of all our guests, we ask that you refrain from lighting candles or using diffusers of any kind. We appreciate your cooperation on this sensitive matter.

Accessibility
As a Historic Designated Building, we do not have any kind of elevator or lift to accommodate guests with mobility issues. All guest rooms require climbing stairs
