Toronto

 2 0unces bullet bourbon whiskey
¼ ounce of fernet-valet or fernet-branca
¼ ounce maple simple syrup 
2 dashes of bitters 
Orange twist and rosemary spring garnish 

*Add all ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker, let stand for 10 seconds, and then stir, strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with orange twist and a spring of rosemary. 

Blood Orange Mojito

2 ounces rum
2 ounces blood orange juice
8 springs of mint
1 ounce lime juice 
¼ ounce simple syrup 
1 ounce sparkling water

*Add the mint and lime juice to a tall glass, muddle together, add rum, blood orange juice and simple syrup. Top with sparkling water and ice add grapefruit wedge for garnish, serve immediately.

Strawberry Moscow Mule

¼ lime (juiced)
5 strawberries
2 ounces vodka
4 ounces ginger beer
2 drops of ginger bitters
Fresh thyme sprigs

*Muddle strawberries and lime juice together in a copper mug. Add vodka and ice to fill and top off with ginger beer, garnish with thyme springs. 

Bees Knees

2 ounces Hendricks’s gin 
½ ounce simple syrup
1 ounce squeezed lemon juice 

* Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in honey syrup, lemon juice and gin, shake until cold, and then strain the drink into a coupe or martini glass. Twist the lemon peel over the cocktail to release some of its oils, then drop it in. 

Tequila Kiwi Spritz

2 ounces white tequila
4 ounces fresh kiwi juice 
4-5 mint leaves
Sparkling lemon water
Kiwi slices/cucumber slices

*Add mint leaves, tequila, kiwi juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake well, strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and kiwi and cucumber slices, top with sparkling lemon water. 

Sweet Georgia Nectar

2 ounces bullet bourbon whiskey 
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
3 slices of nectarines
1 sparkling water

*Fill glass with crushed ice. combine whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into glass. Top with a splash of sparkling water, add in nectarine slices and garnish with a nectarine slice. 

Negroni

1 ounce of Hendricks gin 
1 ounce Campari 
½ ounce of dry vermouth 
½ ounce of sweet vermouth

*Build drink in a rocks glass, lightly stir, and top off with ice and a light sprits of orange oils, garnish with an orange twist. 

Secrets Of The Garden

1.5 ounces of Hendricks gin
½ squeezed lime
½ ounce of blackcurrant syrup
Fresh mint (4 leaves)
Ginger beer 

*Add blackcurrant syrup into a Collins glass, squeeze in the lime juice, add the mint and muddle together, add in gin, stir, and fill the glass with ice, and top with ginger beer and garnish with lemon, lime wedges and mint spring.
